it actually has NOTHING to do with my journal. I have been posting about WW since I started, and I just wanted those who might have followed it to understand why I wasn't posting it here.

Not for now, but thanks for the offer. I haven't decided for sure if I'm going back, but on Monday I'm definitely getting back on my treadmill. I got out of the habit when we went to Florida.
