Forum Update - maddbot move and the obvious

Well, the obvious change is the new style used. Humans are welcome to give opinions on the new look. Also, the old maddbot usergroups, as well as some other groups not used, have been deleted. People subscribed to the old maddbot were moved over to the new maddbot. As with any mailing list email, the user can unsubscribe from the list by clicking the link at the end of the email.

Thank you much, I enjoy it much also. That spinny thing on the top of the forum was from another design, and I almost did that design, but it was not as cool as this one, so, I simply borrowed it Thanks on the schedule also!

eh. I don't deal well with change. . .and the site is a little dark. . .I think options are a good idea
