Forum Update: changes to continue

The board has been updated from a RC (similar to a beta) to a final release. At this time, you might notice some small changes to the board because of the updates. The chat, shoutbox, and menu system are still "here", however since I did an override of existing files, the changes I made have been destroyed, and it will be a little while before I get that fixed. Restoration of the following will be made:

• site menu
• shoutbox
• chat
• custom link

Note to login problem: Users who were having trouble staying logged in, if you still have the problem, try clicking the Delete all board cookies link and see if that corrects the problem.

The menu should be working for all three styles. If the menu is not showing, or if you hover the mouse over it and it tell you to go to Milonic site, please let me know, thanks!

the shoutbox will be the next thing i bring back. along with that, I plan to better introduce my new site chat as opposed to the forum chat. so you did not miss anything
