The Riches

FX came out with (another) original series called "The Riches". The basic is a family of nomads end up involved in a fatal car accident, where they assume the identity of the dead people and go live in their house. Jen and I watched every episode that played (Monday on FX), and we both enjoyed the show.

It stars Eddie Izzard and Minni Driver as the parents. For anyone who has seen the show, know that FX announced on May 8th, 2007, that it has picked up the second season, scheduled for a release some time mid 2008 (with the majority of a bunch of other premires, I would imagine).

Sweet!! I love this show, but always forgot to watch it. I'm going to have to see if Chris can download it so that we can have a marathon before the 2nd season begins. I absolutely adore Eddie Izzard. Maybe we can all get together for a marathon.

Eddie Izzard is awesome, and Minnie "Are You British Or Retarded?" Driver is an interesting actress as well...

She is, however, she is able to really pull this character off. I would suggest a rent/DL or what have you to catch up on it before the new season starts, as this show is heavy on the episode before to make the plot work thing. I really enjoy shows that do that, and this one relies almost completely on that. Of course, they usually have the "recap" to start off each episode now, for those who missed the big things.
